ELECTRO-MECHANICAL INSPECTOR (Quality Control)

Reporting to

Quality Manager

Scope

To provide Electro/Mechanical inspection capability for TMD Equipment Division     

Main Duties

a) Inspection of manufactured assemblies, PCBs and components, to TMD company standards, drawings and specifications.

b) To support Goods inwards inspection as and when necessary

c) Maintenance of inspection records and quality systems.

d) Corrective actions entry on Database for build issues captured in Test.

e) Photographing all finished products and filing/collating/recording on database.

f) Supplier First article inspection visits on PWB assemblies.

g) Adherence to specifications drawings and procedures.

h) Maintenance of the live data acquisition system and amend accordingly to capture reported faults and provide performance reports.

i) To undertake any other related tasks that may be reasonably requested by the Quality Manager.

j) To comply with the Company Policy on Health and Safety.

Qualifications & Experience
5 years experience in a Military/Avionics environment (minimum)
Ideally Certified in IPC A 610 Revision D

Desirable & other qualities
Computer Literate, Excel and Word
Knowledge in testing and inspection of large power supplies, electronic keyboards, PCB?s and electromechanical units.
Proven Track record in similar role
