ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLER

Reporting to:

Project Supervisor

Scope

To assemble and solder Power Supplies sub assemblies, wind high voltage transformers and assemble pcbs.

Main Duties

• To assemble and solder electro mechanical parts as per company drawings and specification.

• To assemble pcb’s to drawing.

• To wind small to medium size transformers to drawings.

• To wire simple electronic sub assemblies to drawings and operation sheets.

• Ensure working areas, plant, tools and production equipment is kept tidy.

• Ensure compliance with TMD manufacturing processes and instructions.

• To undertake any other task, which may reasonably be requested.

• To comply with the Company Policy on Health & Safety

Qualifications & Experience
1 year soldering/wiring assembly experience.
IPC610/JIT 001/C Standard (desirable)
Experience of working to milatry standard
