TMD Technologies' success results from the fact that we have been able to combine our aims for innovation and technical excellence, with a market strategy to enable our customers to outsource the development and manufacture of radar and EW Transmitters.
As more and more system primes see the benefit of outsourcing, our business is growing in proportion. We now have more than 1000 TWTAs & transmitters operating in the field in ground, ship and airborne systems, demonstrating the excellent reliability of TMD's products.
As the business grows, our requirement for talented engineers, programme managers, sales and technical staff does too. In line with TMD's ambition to improve our knowledge base, we maintain close links with a number of universities, and provide bursaries, and project placement opportunities. We operate an Apprentice Scheme designed to equip school leavers with the necessary skills to become gainfully employed in manufacturing.
