LINE SUPERVISOR

Reporting to:

Supervisor Production Area

Scope

To achieve factory output in line with agreed Master schedule. Lead, motivate, organise, monitor and control own team either product or function related. May request assistance from staff outside own team.

Main Duties

• Functional responsibility for all day to day matters of staff i.e. development, training, organisation, attendance motivation and discipline.

• Functional responsibility for planning, supervising workloads and achievement of schedule activity against TMD Master Schedule.

• Maintaining continuity of materials supply.

• Ensuring adhering to customer, TMD specifications and quality Standard.

• Ensuring compliance with TMD manufacturing procedures.

• Monitoring Team’s progress, recommendation for overtime working (to be cleared by Production Manager).

• To comply with all Company policies and procedures.

• To undertake any other task which may reasonably be requested.

• To comply with the Company Policy on Health & Safety.

Qualifications & Experience

At least 5 years experience within the electronic industry and some supervisory experience.
ONC Electronic or Manufacturing Engineering or 5 years minimum experience.
Ideally have worked in a manufacturing environment that produces military or aerospace products
